Contract Period
All signed contracts with Sup-uni.com have validation period for 1 years, starting for the initial effective day. If there is no additional subscription during the contract period, the contract period will not change. Sup-uni.com’s liability to the provision of the subscribed service only lasts as long as the contract ends. However, Sup-uni.com can terminate the contract as in the conditions specified in “Termination of Contract-Sup-uni.com”. Subscribing additional services during an existing contract period will automatically renew the contract period, that is a one-year period unless otherwise specified by Sup-uni.com.
Termination of Contract-by Subscriber
Subscribers to the monthly plan can cancel their subscription at any time before the next month’s billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming billing cycle. Similarly, subscribers to the annual plan can cancel their subscription at any time before the next annual billing date to prevent charges for the next year. If a subscriber does not actively cancel the subscription, the contract will automatically renew with no specific termination deadline.
Termination of Contract-by Sup-uni.com
You agree at Sup-uni.com’s discretion, your right of use will be terminated and any information and messages in the service ( e.g.your web page and purchasing information etc.) will be deleted for any reason, including but not limited the lack of use, or we consider you have violate the regulations and spirit of this service terms. Sup-uni.com can terminate this service and its any part any time in the case of inform or not inform you at its discretion. You agree to terminate without prior inform according to the service offered according to any regulations. You admit and agree, Sup-uni.com has to close or delete your Sup-uni.com account and all related information immediately.
